“Celebrating our First Fruits: A Shavuot Experience”
Sunday, June 9, 2019
10:30am – Noon
Shavuot, the Jewish summer Harvest festival, celebrates the occasion of welcoming the harvest – the first fruits of season. It is a time of joy and celebration, which through the years has especially been a time to welcome the newest generations into our families.
Please join together with Rabbi Paley, Rabbi Boxman and Cantor Avery for a service of remembrance (Yizkor) of our loved ones, followed by a welcoming our babies and concluding with brunch.
Munchkin Minyan meets once a month on a Friday evening at 6:00pm or on a Saturday morning at 10:00am (North Satellite) or 10:30am (Temple Shalom) with a short service for families with children under age 6 (October through May). Click here for a schedule.
Our Temple Shalom Tots Academy meets once a month on Sunday mornings during Religious School. Families with children (2-4 years old) and their parents are encouraged to sign up for this parent-child interactive class.
