Endowment:

Securing Our Future - Together

Help secure the future of Temple Shalom – today and for generations to come.

Temple Shalom has always been built by people who cared deeply about Jewish life, community, and the future.

Today, we carry that responsibility forward.

The Temple Shalom Endowment ensures that our congregation remains strong, vibrant, and financially secure for generations to come – supporting worship, education, clergy, and the experiences that define our community.

An investment in the Endowment is not just a gift.
It is a commitment to the future of Jewish life at Temple Shalom.

Why Endowment Matters

An endowment gift is more than a donation – it is a lasting expression of your values and a powerful investment in the future of Temple Shalom and the Jewish community.

From Your Perspective:

An endowment allows you to make a meaningful and lasting impact:

  • Perpetuate your Jewish values and priorities – social, cultural, and religious
  • Honor or pay tribute to your family or a loved one
  • Express gratitude for the community that has shaped your life
  • Demonstrate your faith in the future of the Jewish people
  • Leave a permanent mark and help shape generations to come
  • Send a message to the next generation about shared responsibility and values
  • Be part of something greater than the present moment

An endowment brings certainty in an uncertain world – helping ensure that Jewish life continues to grow and thrive. It is one of the most meaningful ways to invest in a strong and vibrant future.

For Temple Shalom:

An endowment gift says:
I am committed to the future, and I am helping build it.

  • Endowment funds are invested to provide sustainable, long-term support – ensuring that Temple Shalom can:

    • Maintain excellence in clergy, education, and programming
    • Expand opportunities for future generations
    • Strengthen financial stability regardless of economic cycles
    • Bring Blueprint 2030 priorities to life

Endowment is the Temple’s only permanent source of funding – a foundation that secures its future.

As your gift grows, so does its impact – year after year.

An anonymous Temple Shalom Donor has generously offered a matching challenge of up to $250,000 to strengthen our Endowment Fund and secure the Temple’s future.

Moments like this don’t come often. If you’ve ever considered creating an endowment gift, now is the time to act.
