Munchkin Minyan

Munchkin Minyan is our monthly Saturday morning program throughout the year for families with children seven and under. Our programs include story time, singing, and dancing. Open to the community! For further information, contact Director of Education Deborah Niederman, RJE.

Tots Academy

Temple Shalom Tots Academy meets once a month on Sunday mornings during Religious School. Families with children (2-4 years old) and their adults are encouraged to sign up for this child-adult interactive class. The goal for Tots Academy is to introduce our children and families to Jewish holidays and tradition through hands on, multi-sensory experiences. Of course, there will be music making too!

Tots Academy is led by Julia Geffen Rogers, a board-certified music therapist whose clinical experience has been with children diagnosed with autism, and adults receiving hospice care. The majority of her career has been spent in early childhood education and music. Come join us!

Munchkin Music

Music and movement class for our youngest children, ages 0-4, and their adults. It’s the perfect introduction to Jewish music, rhythm and dance, taught by Julia Geffen Rogers. Classes meet on eight select Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and are open to the community. Registration required.
