Guest Speaker: Rosian Zerner, Holocaust survivor

The Nazis invaded Lithuania in 1941 and Rosian’s family was herded into a ghetto in Kaunas (also known as Kovno). Her parents helped her escape by digging a hole under the ghetto fence, and her father’s secretary, helped by local upstanders, hid her until she was liberated by Soviet troops in 1944.
