Meal Pack Volunteer Event

Join Temple Shalom for 9/11 Day, a national day of service honoring the lives lost and the compassion shown in the aftermath of September 11. Volunteers across the country will pack over 9 million meals for people in need, including thousands right here in Dallas!

Temple Shalom has reserved a block of volunteer spots to serve as Support Staff Volunteers, helping make this impactful event a success. Roles include Table Captains, Heavy Lifters/Runners, Hospitality & Registration, and Set-Up/Break-Down Crew.

Please register preferably by August 15th to confirm your participation. When registering, please select the shift labeled “Temple Shalom: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Support Staff)” and choose your preferred volunteer role. Children must be age 16+ to participate.
