Coordinator of Belonging
As Coordinator of Belonging, Monica strives to create positive experiences, relationship development and engagement opportunities for both current and prospective members. Monica works with the Membership Committee, Marketing Coordinator and staff to develop opportunities to recruit new and retain current members.
Mandy coordinates music for Shabbat and B’nei Mitzvah services and directs the High Holy Days and Youth Choirs.
Marketing and Special Projects
Lisa ensures that the Jewish community in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex knows all about the great programs at Temple Shalom!
Halley assists Rabbi Paley and Cantor Avery, prepares the Friday service program and communicates with congregants regarding ritual and worship questions. Halley also handles facilities scheduling and setup arrangements for b’nei mitzvah, weddings and other events.
Administration Office Manager
Joy manages the Administration Office, answers questions pertaining to membership and committees and produces our weekly email reminder, congregational communications and our monthly bulletin.
Michelle manages accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll and provides budget information to congregants and committees.
Website Manager/Accounts Receivable
Heidi handles membership commitment, donations and other monies coming into the Temple as well as donation acknowledgements. Heidi also maintains the Temple Shalom website.
Steven leads our wonderful maintenance team.
