Guest Speaker: Wayne Applebaum, Ph.D., Consultant

Dr. Wayne Applebaum is a data scientist with a back-Speaker Wayne Applebaumground in designing analytics, as well as search and machine learning frameworks that impact a customer’s bottom line. He has over 30 years of experience working with C-level executives, and he understands how to harness the power of data science to solve business problems.

Speaker Ellen JulianDr. Ellen Julian is currently the CEO of Julian Psychometrics. She was formerly the Director of Testing and Research for the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonograph and Associate Director and Vice President of the MCAT (Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Dr. Julian will speak about standards for test development and how tests are used and misused.

Vikas Chowdhry is the Chief Analytics and Information Officer of the Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation (PCCI).He works closely with data science and clinical teams at PCCI to develop machine learning driven technologies and products that can empower clinical and social services providers and individuals to create communities that are healthier and more productive.
